My Struggle continues:
Day 2:
2 pineapple tarts + 1 mug of coffee (breakfast)
homemade dishes + a serving of grapes (lunch)
one serving of Bak Kut Teh with rice
half a packet of soy bean milk
homemade dishes + a bowl of fruit (dinner)
a plate of mixed vegetable rice
1 cup (Gulp) of Coke
500 ml of plain water
Did 25 press-ups
Stretching (before bed)
I feel like puking.
