2 eggs + a mug of coffee (breakfast)
a plate of fried kway teow
a packet of soy bean milk
homemade dishes + an apple (lunch)
a plate of chicken rice
a packet of sugar cane juice
homemade dishes + half a papaya (dinner)
a bar of kit kat
a bowl of yong dou fu
a can of soy bean milk
500 ml of plain water
Did 20 press-ups.
Stretching (before bed)
I must be strong. Nothing shall come before me and my Vision.
Standing at 1.8m tall and weighing 80kg sounds about right. 20 kg to go.
